At Symphony Hall, the Chorus Room is located in the Basement. Please enter the stage door around back @ 1 St. Stephens, CHECK-IN with the security guard, and ask for directions from there

A R K I N G
We
have been offered parking at the Christian Science Mother Church located
directly across the street from the REAR STAGE DOOR of Symphony Hall. This is
accessible either from Mass Ave OR Huntington Ave if coming AWAY
from downtown Boston. The cost is $10 for EACH NIGHT that you want to park
there, and MUST be paid IN ADVANCE to Norris Welch. The $10 parking cost for
Sat, May 25th includes BOTH the afternoon dress rehearsal AND the
evening concert. I will be collecting the money at the Saturday, May 11th
rehearsal in the hallway behind the rehearsal room.

Auditions – ALL interested
persons arrive at 4P for a rehearsal of a section of 1-2 songs until
approximately 5P. Once the
song sections have been taught to everyone, THEN the auditions will be
done in SATB quartets using the song sections that were taught. Several
people may be asked to take more than one rotation thru the quartet
auditions until all persons have been sufficiently heard. |
