Sunday, January 15th

The First Church of Roxbury , 10 Putnam St. , Roxbury 02119

Event:

Hope Out Loud Concert

Attire:

Our standard ALL BLACK

Cost:

N/A

Travel Plans:

N/A.  This church is located DIRECTLY across the street from our old rehearsal spot at the Timilty School

Times and

Miscellaneous

Singers & instruments are asked to arrive at 4:30P for instrument set-up and rehearsal with the other choir. This will be a full MLK program with other music,  liturgical dancers, and readings. In addition to our own 15-20 minte set, we will sing 2 songs jointly at the end with all musical participants.

Equipment Needs:

Keyboard and any other instruments wanted should be brought.

 

Monday, January 16th        

Place:

Providence House Assisted Living, 180 Corey Rd , Brighton 02135

Event:

An inter-faith music program to enrich the residents

Attire:

Our standard ALL BLACK

Cost:

N/A

Travel Plans:

Carpooling will be arranged.

Miscellaneous

Program begins at 2:30P, all should arrive by 1:45P 

Equipment Needs:

Keyboard should be brought.

 

Sunday, March 11th       

Place:

St. John’s Baptist Church , 230 Warren St , Roxbury, 02119

Event:

Annual Women’s History program

Attire:

Our standard ALL BLACK

Cost:

N/A

Travel Plans:

Carpooling will be arranged.

Miscellaneous

Program begins at 3P, all should arrive by 2:30P. A meal will be served after the program.

A joint song of ‘Total Praise’ will be sung with the ‘Sharing A New Song’ Chorus” 

Equipment Needs:

No instruments or sound system needed to be brought

 

Saturday, March 31st         

Place:

Billerica House of Corrections, 269 Treble Cove Rd. , Billerica , MA 01862

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT:   For pre-security checks, ALL singers & musicians that plan to participate in this event will need to give to me the following items NO LATER than 3/12 (you may begin e-mailing this info to me immediately)….(1) full name, (2) complete address, (3) date of birth, (4) driver’s license #. 

 

Singers should arrive at 12:30P, program is at 1:30P, and is expected to be over by 3P.

Sound System Needs

Full sound system, keyboard, drums

 

In case of serious weather emergency days, please call the choir hotline (617-436-1763) AFTER 2P for any change of plans.  An e-mail will ALSO be sent out.
